We often ordered takeaway for lunch. Unfortunately very changeable quality. Will not order there anymore. Taste just above average, therefore 2 stars.

It was very delicious. We ordered at the store and took it home. The burgers and the fries are wrapped up in paper, no plastic! The sauce was wrapped in a little plastic can. It is very environmentally friendly and that's great! Delicious dinner and without big plastic pagaging, it could not be better! Super tasty burgers and fries! Everything except the sauce, which is packed in a small plastic box, is all in paper! That's super eco-friendly and that's great. Significantly less garbage than with other orders and environmentally friendly! What better, delicious food and without plastic packaging with little rubbish!

All in all, very tasty and prepared to a high standard. The only drawback, no delivery to Heisingen 😭

The ambience is very nice and romantic but also rustic with an industrial look. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing that we can remember. Service was good too, but the real focus is on food and that didn't do well for me and my partner. On a scale of 1 to 10, the burgers were a weak 6. The bun was too sweet and soft for the meat. The meat (I had normal beef patty and my friend had the khanzir substitute) was too salty and not really tasty. If you really want to eat something quickly then maybe recommendable but burger lovers are not advised.

I had ordered 2 burgers and 1 fries from Traumkuh via WhatsApp. Order went well, quick response. Regarding the burgers: They were delicious, but: way too expensive for the money! We had a chilli cheese and a cheesburger with fries: just under € 20. The best thing was, the burgers arrived COLD and dry, were wrapped in paper like at McDonalds, so I'm not surprised that they arrive cold. If you save on the packaging, then I am not surprised and also have no understanding if you get stuck during the lockdown. About the fries: also cold and dry. About the delivery: very nice driver, but nothing if the food arrives cold. I described the matter on WhatsApp, the criticism was received nicely, but I expected that one would say: "Listen, come over and pick up new burgers for free so that you stay satisfied. I was very disappointed, I paid a lot of money for it and was also allowed to eat cold. Had I been there personally, I would have let the burgers go back - if it had been the same, I would have got new ones too. An apology doesn't do much if you only think about the money and don't care about the customer. I've already ordered from all burger shops and "dream cow" are now the worst for me. It didn't occur to me that evening that there was still Barley's burger. There you get huge burgers for the same price and you get full, the food arrives hot and tastes great too. We wanted to try something new but without success. Sorry dream cow, that was nothing. Unfortunately not to be recommended for me personally.

+ friendly and fast employees + Clear range of dishes + Japanese ambience with cherry blossom trees + delicious burger, especially delicious homemade fries with sour cream and homemade iced tea / lemonade - Service was friendly, but seemed a little disinterested - Canteen feeling through the tablets and somewhat uncomfortable chairs - Burger buns were too soft in my opinion

To call dream cow a restaurant is absolutely misleading because it is more of a snack bar. You order at the counter, get a beeper and then have to pick it up yourself. We ate quickly (the food itself was nothing special) and left immediately afterwards. Invites zero to linger, as it should be in a RESTAURANT;)

The location is very inviting and cozy! The selection of menus and especially their names is very appealing 😁 And the taste is amazingly delicious! The best burger I've eaten so far 😋

Unfortunately, after my first bite, I had to stop eating and I got sick and left the store. Service is asleep and I cleaned the table myself. It was recommended to me, unfortunately I have to say that I cannot recommend it.

The shop is nicely decorated and the service is friendly. In fact, there are much better burger places in Essen. My burger was also pretty small, especially considering that I had 2x meat on it.

Great taste. Because of the snack character (no service at the table), I find the prices a bit too high. We cleaned the table ourselves and unfortunately we weren't greeted in the first five minutes either. Maybe I just expected something different, but first impressions count. Homemade lemonade and iced tea are offered. Delicious.

High quality burgers! I like to pay for quality and anyone looking for McDonald's prices is really wrong here. The meat is of a different caliber.

We ordered takeaway food. Was ready within 10 minutes and you could easily pay by card. The burgers were once again absolutely delicious and the highlight was the homemade fries and sweet potato fries, both of which were delicious. I can only recommend.

I have seldom eaten such a delicious burger, and I think the prices are perfectly okay considering the location. The atmosphere is simple but cozy and there are also a few seats outside. You are right in Rüttenscheid and have everything right around you. In itself, a beer is sometimes quite nice, but not a must either. The names of the burgers also make you smile, but the taste and quality are quite high. I'm getting hungry again while writing. :) I can't say anything bad about the staff either, answered our questions in a friendly manner and gave good advice.

Super friendly staff, very nice. Food was delicious. The meat quality is excellent. I can only recommend it! 👍

Extraordinary burgers. If you fancy outstanding and delicious burgers then you have to try this place. I had a burger (187???) with nachos, sweats chili sauce, cheese and jalapeños and I expected a fail due to this combination but to my surprise it tasted exceptionally good. That goes also for the house made Fries. Staff was friendly and the shop was clean snd had a nice ambience. I know that there is another branch in Frankfurt as obviously part of a chain. They have only turkey bacon and make their own lemonades.

Chips, gravy and cheese!

As a huge burger and fry fan, I can only say dreamlike. Visually and tastily that was definitely a highlight, horny juicy burger and the poutine a great combination. The lemonade was perfect too. Very small drawback, if anything, was the slightly longer wait. Next visit is scheduled.

One of the best burgers I've eaten. Their patties are fresh and not frozen which makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

So we were there over the weekend. I have not eaten so well in a long time. The Burgers and the homemade fries were amazing. The staff very nice and accommodating. So if you go there you have to try the homemade ice tea. That was the highlight.

Great burgers at a reasonable price. French fries and poutines are also great. I do not like the ambience that much. It does not invite you to stay after your meal.

Burgers are ok, but in my opinion do not deserve such a high rating. The cheese burger I had was very sweet and we all left the place somewhat hungry despite ordering a menu with fries each. The ventilation did not seem to work, as my clothes smelled like meat & fries. Cash only accepted. No table service.

Really well designed restaurant, great concise menu, mainly gourmet burgers, well thought out flavours. Lost a star for very long wait for food. Alcohol is not served here but the homemade ice tea is sublime and a more than adequate substitute for wine.

Went there yesterday (Saturday) was full house manage to find a place to eat :) And well ohhhhh well that was an orgasme ! We order a chicken burger with sweet potatoes and a Hamburger call Undertaker with house made French fries ! It’s a must go place !

You cannot pay with a credit or debit card. But the Burgers are cool.

Great little place! Excellently decorated! Very friendly and helpful staff! They have a few seats outside if the weather allows it. I can only write about the poutine here. I tried the 'Canada' poutine; there are two other variations. Although it's not possible to get cheese curds in Germany, the mozzarella worked great as a substitute. The fries were excellent. The gravy was good... if not a tick too salty. Will definitely try a burger here next time!
